Q. How to make a purchase?

Very simple. Once you click on the product of choice, you will be taken through that individual product’s page where you find more images of the product, a full product description, sizing and colour. Then simply choose your desired size and colour and click "ADD TO CART".

This will take you to the SHOPPING CART CONTENTS page, where the details of your selected product (product code, quantity, size, colour, and price) will be displayed. Please check these details to ensure they are correct. Delivery charges are calculated at the check out stage. If you wish to change a product, simply tick "Remove" and click on "UPDATE."

From here you can continue to browse by clicking on "KEEP SHOPPING" - which will allow you to add more products to your shopping cart (which will subsequently tally all costs) - or proceed to the cashier by clicking on "GO TO CHECKOUT".

Once at the check out stage, you will need to login or register your name, shipping address, contact number, email address and delivery instructions and secondly, your payment details.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes, shopping at Islamic Clothing is safe. Please be assured that your privacy is of utmost concern to Islamic Clothing. Under no circumstances will your personal information be shared, sold or rented to third parties without your consent.

Our online payment system through PayPal is completely safe. Socket Layer (SSL) Web Server Certificates encrypt all data sent to and from the web site. This information is scrambled and hence unintelligible if intercepted.

Q. Still don’t want to use your credit card on the internet?

No problem. It is important to us that you feel comfortable so offline payment options are available with money order or direct debit. Please see our Payment Methods for full details.

Q. Availability

The purchase of all products displayed on this website are subject to availability and prices may change from time to time. Every effort is made to ensure that product’s availability is accurately displayed. We will confirm availability and price at the time your order is placed. Should an item subsequently become unavailable after placing an order, we will contact you either by phone or email as soon as possible.

Q. International Orders

We will be happy to ship an order to an international destination. However, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping as well as any duties and taxes charged at the time of importation.

Q. How do I know you received my order?

After you place an order, you will receive an email containing all the information you entered, confirming your order has been received. Please check your order to ensure it is correct. If you need to make any amendments, please email us at info@islamicclothing.com.au and quote the generated Order Number.

Once your credit details have been approved and authorised, your order will be processed and the product despatched.

Q. Can I cancell an order

Orders placed can be cancelled providing you PHONE US before it leaves our warehouse.

Q. Are there any additional charges?

Not within Australia. Our prices are final and GST are included. If you are ordering from outside Australia there may be taxes levied on your order, consistent with that country's tax structure. For more information, you should consult your local Customs Authority

Q. How soon can I get my order?

Your order will be despatched as soon as payment is cleared, the address verified, and the merchandise packaged. We will always endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Q. How can I track my order?

If you would like to check the status of your order, please contact our office on [+612] 9786 5690 between 8.30am - 5:30pm AEST, Monday to Friday; or email inquiry@islamicclothing.com.au.

Please ensure that you have your Order Number on hand (this is the number generated at the top of the order page and quoted to you again in confirmation emails).

Q. How much is delivery and how long does it take?

Upon placing an order you will receive an automated copy of your order and once your order has been fully processed you will received a personalised email indicating delivery time and charges. All orders within Australia are shipped via Express Australia Post Parcel and we offer FREE POSTAGE Australia wide with any purchase over AU$150.

Q. Can I return my order?

Customer satisfaction is our principle concern and this is reflected in our accommodative Return/Exchange Policy. Put simply, if you are not completely happy with your order you may return the merchandise within 7 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in its unused and unworn condition with all tags still attached. A Return Authorisation number must be obtained by calling +612 9786 5690 or emailing enquiry@islamicclothing.com.au.
